Election Information

2018 Mayor and Council Election
Paradise Valley voters will head to the polls this fall to elect a mayor and three council members.  The election will be held on August 28, 2018 and the runoff election will be held November 6, 2018, if necessary.  The local races will be combined with the federal and state partisan elections on the same ballot.  Voters on the Permanent Early Voter list should expect to receive their ballot the first week of August.  Voted ballots must be received by the Maricopa County Elections Department by August 28.   

Voters not Registered with a Political Party

If you are not registered with a political party, you must request which ballot you wish to vote (i.e. Democrat, Republican, Green, Libertarian, or Local Offices only).  This applies to both voters who go to the polls and vote early.

Where are the Polling Places?
There will be three polling places in Town for this election.  You may find your polling place here.
  • St Barnabas on the Desert (if you live in the Kiva Precinct)
  • Ascension Lutheran Church (if you live in precincts Doubletree, Cheney, or Clearwater)
  • Gloria Dei Lutheran Church (if you live in Palo Cristi Precinct)
In addition, you may vote in the Town Hall Community Room on August 22 - August 24 and 28.

Town Council - 4-Year Term - Vote for no more than three

James Anton
